Job summary

Learnd is seeking a highly skilled BMS Project Manager to oversee multiple BMS projects across London, the South East and Kent. The role requires hands-on experience with Trend and Tridium in a building management systems environment and leadership of project teams.

You will plan, coordinate with clients and vendors, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Some travel to project sites is expected to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in delivering BMS projects.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Trend and Tridium systems.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Lead client and stakeholder engagement and manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Provide technical direction and oversight of BMS integration across HVAC, lighting, and security.
• Create and maintain project documentation and report progress to leadership.
