Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled BMS & OT Systems Engineer to support reliability, performance and resilience of building management systems across a London portfolio. You will own OT/BMS estate delivery, provide hands-on engineering support and coordinate vendor delivery to maintain uptime.

The role emphasizes resilience, security and governance, with cross-functional collaboration among IT, engineering and client stakeholders. London-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background in BMS / industrial controls engineering (multi-site operational estate preferred).
• Proven ability to diagnose, commission and optimise BMS systems in live operational environments.
• Working knowledge of OT communications and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, LonWorks or equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Act as engineering lead for day-to-day health and integrity of BMS/OT platforms across the portfolio.
• Support fault diagnosis, performance optimisation and strategy improvements across plant and systems.
• Lead lifecycle engineering activities including software upgrades and platform migrations.
