Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Management System Engineer to join a technical team responsible for operation, maintenance and development of facility control systems.

You will configure, commission and fault-find on Trend and Tridium (Niagara) BMS platforms, while coordinating with HVAC and electrical teams across multiple sites. Strong documentation skills are essential.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems.
• Experience configuring and programming Trend and Tridium (Niagara) BMS.
• Strong fault-finding on controllers, I/O, networks and field devices.
• Understanding HVAC plant, sensors, actuators, valves and control loops.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and clear commissioning/test reports.
• Full UK driving licence or ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission BMS controllers, field devices and networks.
• Program, modify and troubleshoot Trend and Tridium BMS platforms.
• Perform preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on BMS hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance, tune control strategies and implement energy-saving measures.
• Produce commissioning records, wiring diagrams and site reports.
• Provide on-site and remote support to facilities teams.
• Collaborate with HVAC, electrical and maintenance teams during upgrades.
