Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled BMS service engineer to perform routine PPM visits, handle callouts, and review site logs across prestigious London-area buildings. You will supervise subcontractors, configure Metasys/Trend/Tridium software, and document changes with clear reports.

An accelerated training pathway supports rapid proficiency in Johnson Controls products. Ideal candidates bring hands-on HVAC experience (AHUs, FCUs, Chillers) and a strong grounding in electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS and HVAC systems on-site.
• Familiar with control wiring diagrams and MCC panels.
• HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine BMS PPM service visits and corrective small works
• Respond to BMS-related callouts and support customer needs
• Review site logbooks and address minor issues during visits
• Produce clear and accurate service reports with upgrade or repair recommendations
• Supervise subcontractors on-site
• Modify and configure BMS software to meet client objectives
• Maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting system changes
