Job summary

JLB Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a BMS Service engineer to perform scheduled servicing, commissioning, and on-site modifications of BMS/HVAC systems. You will work with a team and report to your line manager while meeting KPI targets.

The role requires experience with BMS software (Trend/Tridium/Distech is advantageous), strong customer service, and flexibility for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS software and system commissioning.
• PPM servicing experience including small works & upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team player with initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and scheduled servicing of BMS systems.
• Perform on-site panel modifications as required.
• Provide on-call/emergency support on a rotational basis.
• Prepare client reports detailing service work and callouts.
• Collaborate with the Line Manager and Customer Service Team to meet KPI targets.
