Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a BMS Engineer for a Manchester-based role, with Belfast project exposure. You will install, commission and maintain BMS and HVAC control systems across commercial sites, with ongoing training and career progression.

The ideal candidate has experience with BMS or HVAC controls, a strong electrical background and a full UK driving licence. Travel across Manchester and the North West is required, with opportunities for overtime and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience working with BMS or HVAC control systems.
• Strong electrical background.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission BMS equipment and associated control wiring.
• Configure controllers, upload software and conduct functional testing.
• Diagnose and resolve BMS, electrical and control system faults.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs.
• Produce reports on system performance, alarms and remedial works.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams on-site.
• Travel to sites across Manchester and the North West.
