Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a BMS Engineer (Trend) based in Belfast to install, commission and service BMS and HVAC control systems across sites in the Northwest. You will work on planned and reactive maintenance and support commissioning activities while developing technical skills through training.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience with BMS or HVAC control systems.
• Strong electrical background is essential.

Aufgaben

• Install and commission BMS equipment and wiring.
• Configure controllers, upload software and perform functional tests.
• Diagnose and resolve BMS, electrical and control faults.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs.
• Create reports on system performance, alarms and remedial works.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams on-site.
• Travel to sites across Manchester and the North West.

Kenntnisse
