Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a BMS Engineer (Trend) to install, commission and service BMS and HVAC control systems across Manchester and the Northwest. The role requires carrying out fault finding, maintenance and commissioning activities while developing technical expertise through training and progression opportunities.

You will typically travel to sites in the North West and work with a close-knit engineering team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience working with BMS or HVAC control systems.
• Strong electrical background.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission BMS equipment and associated control wiring.
• Configure controllers, upload software and carry out functional testing.
• Diagnose and resolve BMS, electrical and control system faults.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs.
• Produce reports on system performance, alarms and remedial works.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams on-site.
• Travel to sites across Manchester and the North West.
