Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC seeks a Service & Small Works BMS Engineer to own technically interesting BMS projects across the Midlands. You will price and deliver improvement works, maintain systems, and act as the technical face of the business on site with strong support from operations.

Role covers Midlands with travel to Sheffield, Leeds, Nottingham, Leicester and more. 24/7 on-call rota required. Reports to Regional Operations Manager and offers clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience with Trend Control Systems; Tridium or Niagara Framework.
• Knowledge of HVAC plant and building services systems.
• Ability to fault-find, diagnose and integrate systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality planned maintenance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Respond to complex reactive callouts with advanced diagnostics.
• Carry out fault finding across controllers, devices, networks and software layers.
• Implement modifications and upgrades to improve performance and energy efficiency.
• Commission new installations and system upgrades with seamless integration.
• Prepare quotations and own small works from proposal to delivery.
• Lead small works projects with safety, quality and client communication.
• Act as trusted technical advisor and build client relationships.
• Work across multiple sites with clear regional communication.
• Participate in on-call rota to support critical environments.
