We are seeking a skilled and dependable BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our team in London and surrounding areas.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven history in commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) and possess the ability to work autonomously. A thorough understanding of HVAC plant and associated equipment is essential. In this role, the BMS Commissioning Engineer will work on various projects, ensuring that the Building Management Systems are installed and commissioned to meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your expertise in Tridium and/or Trend BMS platforms will be invaluable as you optimize system operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission BEMS and Control Systems, with a strong focus on Tridium and/or Trend.
• Maintain excellent communication and reporting skills to foster strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Develop your own software strategies and graphics, demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
• Provide support to team members and accept assistance when necessary.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in BMS commissioning.
• Proven experience in commissioning Building Management Systems.
• Expertise in Niagara (N4) and knowledge of Trend. Familiarity with Distech, Cylon, or Siemens is advantageous, but training can be provided.
• Experience with all protocols including BACnet, SIP, Modbus, Lorawan, Mbus, etc.
• Proficiency in control panel modifications with or without drawings.
• Valid CSCS/ECS or JIB registration, ideally holding an ECS BMS technician card.
• A full clean UK driving license.
