Job summary

BMW Hungerford is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will engagingly greet customers, qualify needs, and guide them through our new and approved used vehicle range, aiming to exceed expectations at every touchpoint.

You will develop product knowledge through brand training, maintain high standards of service, and build lasting relationships with customers while delivering a first-class sales experience in a busy dealership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive with a proven sales record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

• Deliver a speedy response to customer enquiries who are seeking to purchase our fantastic new and used vehicles, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.
• Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
• Develop and maintain your knowledge of the BMW products and models through brand and group training.
• Maintain the high standards of BMW and Dick Lovett group.

• At least one year of experience of being a Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales
