Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a BMC Server Automation Operations Technologist in London with 5+ years of experience. The role is hybrid at a client location and focuses on Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation platforms.

You will drive stability, security and compliance, patching, upgrades and remediation while collaborating with multiple teams. Strong skills in BladeLogic, TSSA, NSH, PowerShell and RBAC are required, with a preference for enterprise-scale operations experience and solid

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on with BladeLogic, TSSA, NSH, and PowerShell.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Job Title: BMC Server Automation Operations Technologist

Location: London, Uk (Hybrid mode at client location)

Role Summary

Provide Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities
