Job summary

HCLTech in London seeks an experienced professional to provide Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation platforms. This fixed-term contract role is based in London with hybrid work (3 days in office). The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience in compute environments and automation.

You will drive platform stability, implement patches and automate processes while collaborating with security, operations and engineering teams to meet governance and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BladeLogic or similar server automation technologies.
• Experience with Windows compute environments and automation tooling.
• Ability to coordinate with security, operations and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
