Job summary

HCLTech in London is seeking an experienced BMC Server Automation Operations Technologist to provide Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation. The role focuses on platform stability, security, patching, and compliance, with collaboration across engineering, operations and security teams.

The candidate will drive governance, reporting and continuous improvement, while implementing automation and best practices to optimize enterprise-scale operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations with BMC BladeLogic and automation.
• Proficient in PowerShell and RBAC.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation.
• Drive platform stability, security and compliance objectives.
• Execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
• Implement automation and best practices where applicable.

Location: London, Uk (Hybrid mode at client location)

Role Summary

Provide Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive platform stability, security and compliance objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders.
