The ideal candidate will build candidate relationships, source talent for temporary and permanent opportunities, and support both recruitment and client relationship activities across the social housing and construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven professional with a track record in recruitment, sales, or customer service.
• Motivated and ambitious with a mindset to grow a recruitment career.
• Excellent communicator capable of building relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate relationships, including face-to-face interactions.
• Source qualified candidates for temporary and permanent blue-collar roles.
• Provide recruitment and administrative support, maintaining databases and candidate profiles.
• Support permanent recruitment and match talent to suitable construction roles.
• Foster strong client relationships to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
