Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blow moulding machines; follow training plan.
• Perform repairs on plant and machinery; replace consumables.
• Attend simple breakdowns and address non-conformances.
• Learn calibration and repair techniques for equipment.
• Escalate electrical and complex breakdowns to the engineering team.
• Help maintain the production areas to a high standard.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is updated and produced in a timely manner.
• Cross train for key production roles such as production support, material handling, warehouse and quality control.
• Provide adhoc shift cover for key roles if trained.
• Ensure production KPI and labour benchmarks are met.
• Raise non-conformances or confidential reports for quality.
