Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Blow Moulding Technician to join the Severnside Blow Moulding Department. You will operate production equipment efficiently to meet performance standards and maintain health, safety, quality, hygiene and housekeeping.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract with 4 on 4 off shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 7-7) and a salary of £37,722.56. You will fault-find, monitor machine conditions, support maintenance, and work with the engineering team to keep lines

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor machinery safely.
• Flexible to shift patterns and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow moulding equipment to meet output targets.
• Follow H&S policies and safe systems of work.
• Ensure compliance with site accreditation standards.
• Fault finding using I/O listings on screens.
• Carry out pre and post maintenance checks.
• Monitor and record machine conditions and support maintenance.
