Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with Bloomreach or similar CDP/CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to build complex automated journeys and triggers independently.
• Strong understanding of data structures, segmentation, and logic-based targeting.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy complex, triggered lifecycle journeys directly within Bloomreach.
• Own automation logic, decisioning rules, and dynamic personalisation at scale.
• Act as the internal SME, reducing reliance on external agencies.

Skills

Deep, hands-on experience with Bloomreach or similar CDP/CRM platforms

Proven ability to build complex automated journeys and triggers independently

Strong understanding of data structures, segmentation, and logic-based targeting

Experience owning QA, execution, and troubleshooting within CRM platforms

Background in technical CRM roles (e.g., CRM Developer, Email Engineer, CDP Specialist)
