Qualifications

• Experience as Block Property Manager, 5+ years preferred.
• Senior progression available for experienced candidates.
• Qualification beneficial but not essential; TPI accreditation supported.
• Strong budgeting and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the smooth running of your portfolio, taking calls, handling enquiries and arranging call outs with contractors.
• Keeping residents updated, via direct contact or bulk messaging.
• Working with clients to set plans for future improvements and maintenance, obtaining quotes and budgets.
• Assisting with budget and financial control, checking expenditure and identifying debtors.
• Visiting and inspecting developments, initially a couple to look after directly.
• Providing updates to clients on issues and plans/recommendations.
• Identifying potential new business opportunities and developments needing attention.
