Job summary

Framestore in London is seeking a versatile Blender artist for our Visual Development team, bridging concept and VFX execution across the full 3D pipeline.

You will model, texture, shade, light, and render using Blender, develop creatures and environments, and craft look development assets for high-end projects.

A strong portfolio in frame and shot composition is essential, with experience in VFX workflows and collaboration with supervisors to deliver production-ready scenes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Blender for modelling, shading, lighting and rendering.
• Strong portfolio in visual development and frame/shot composition.
• Experience in VFX workflows and collaborating with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-end visual development assets across creatures and environments.
• Sculpt and dress environments; craft FX moments (destruction, fluids, smoke, particles).
• Model, sculpt, shade, lighting and render in Blender end-to-end.
• Build look development and lighting setups for photorealism.
