Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Construction experience.
• 0-4 years PQE.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers, contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Working on contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
• Advising on dispute avoidance, adjudications, litigation, arbitration, mediation.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and engineering contracts.
• Advising on professional appointments, warranties, bonds and project documentation.
• Handling projects across development, infrastructure, housing, healthcare, education, retail and leisure.
• Attending client meetings, negotiations and developing client relationships.
• Supporting senior lawyers and taking increasing responsibility.
