Job summary

Hunter Selection is recruiting a Field Based Business Development Manager for a specialist provider of laboratory equipment serving the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and academic sectors. You will own the UK sales cycle, develop new business opportunities, and manage relationships with biotech, pharma, CROs and universities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or technical sales in life sciences.
• Understanding of laboratory equipment, chromatography systems, or related technologies.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CROs and academic clients.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work remotely across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with biotech, pharmaceutical, CROs and academia.
• Promote laboratory equipment services, maintenance contracts and technical support solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to order and forecast pipeline in CRM.
• Maintain and develop UK CRM pipeline and identify growth opportunities.
