An Atypical Role

The Senior Account-Based Marketer at Inovia Bio doesn’t just send emails or churn out generic campaigns. You’re a strategist, a storyteller, and a data wizard who knows how to target high-value accounts with surgical precision. You live for the thrill of turning prospects into partners and believe that marketing in biotech demands as much innovation as the science itself.

Driving ABM Strategy

  • You’re done with spray-and-pray marketing that wastes everyone’s time
  • You’ll design and execute account-based marketing campaigns that zero in on key biopharma decision-makers.
  • You’ll work with our commercial, tech and medical teams to craft hyper-personalized strategies that resonate with each target account.

HubSpot Master

  • You don’t just use HubSpot—you make it sing
  • You’ll leverage HubSpot to build, automate, and optimize ABM campaigns, from lead scoring to nurture workflows.
  • You’ll dive into analytics to measure campaign impact and iterate faster than our competitors can blink.
  • You are a Hubspot expert who knows how to get every drop of value out of the platform.

Partnering for Impact

Who We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills

  • You’re certified in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or ABM tools) and have hands-on experience building complex workflows, custom reports, and segmented lists. You can make HubSpot do things others didn’t know were possible.
  • You know biotech like the back of your hand.
  • You have 3+ years of marketing experience in the biotech or biopharma industry, with a deep understanding of drug development pipelines, regulatory landscapes, and key stakeholders.
  • ABM is your superpower.
  • You’ve designed and executed ABM campaigns targeting C-suite and senior decision-makers, ideally in biotech or life sciences, Ascertainable insights.
  • Data is your co-pilot.
  • You’re fluent in marketing analytics—think Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and CRM reporting. You can spot trends, measure ROI, and pivot strategies based on what the numbers tell you.
  • You’ve tamed messy CRMs.
  • You’re comfortable cleaning and organizing account data in HubSpot or similar platforms, ensuring every contact, company, and deal is meticulously structured.
  • You know how to write a copy that cuts through the noise.
  • You can craft compelling emails, landing pages, and content that speak directly to biotech leaders, balancing technical accuracy with persuasive flair.
  • You’ve built hyper-targeted campaigns that make each account feel like the only one that matters, using dynamic content, intent data, and account-specific insights.
  • You stay ahead of the curve.
  • You’re plugged into the latest ABM trends, biotech marketing strategies, and HubSpot updates. You know what’s coming before it lands.
  • You’ve worked with intent data.
  • You’ve used tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora to identify high-potential accounts and time your outreach perfectly.
  • You’re not afraid to test and learn.
  • You’re comfortable running A/B tests, experimenting with new channels, and iterating based on performance data.
  • You translate complexity into clarity.
  • You can take Inovia’s tech-heavy value proposition and distill it into messaging that resonates with both scientific and commercial audiences.
  • You’ve owned campaigns end-to-end.
  • From strategy to execution to reporting, you’ve delivered ABM programs that drive pipeline growth and measurable revenue impact.
  • You know when to pivot.
  • You can recognize when a campaign isn’t working and propose a new approach—whether it’s a different channel, message, or audience segment.
  • You’re a content machine.
  • You’ve produced or overseen the creation of high-impact assets like whitepapers, blogs, or videos tailored to biotech audiences.
  • Impact drives you, not just metrics.
  • Vanity metrics are nice, but you’re obsessed with building relationships and closing deals that transform drug development.
