Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Biosurgery Product Manager to accelerate above-market growth of the haemostat portfolio. You will develop differentiated value propositions, translate insights into commercial strategies, and drive omni-channel engagement to increase adoption and revenue.

You will lead SURGICEL and SURGIFLO, align with the UKI Biosurgery team, and enable the sales force with training and lifecycle management to deliver sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of delivering results in marketing, product management or commercial roles.
• Experience in product management or marketing within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
• Deep clinical, procedural and product knowledge with ability to translate insights into commercial strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities using data and market insights to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and portfolio management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to drive market share growth and portfolio expansion in haemostats.
• Translate insights into differentiated value propositions for SURGIFLO and SURGICEL.
• Develop integrated omnichannel campaigns and measurable ROI.
• Train and enable sales teams for accelerated product adoption.
• Lead local product launches and lifecycle management to maximise adoption.
