Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Tender Manager to lead a small team and drive end-to-end tender activities for Surgery and EP business units. You will shape tender strategy, coordinate pricing models and collaborate with regional sales to win NHS framework opportunities.

The role requires NHS procurement experience, strong data analytics and leadership capabilities to manage 2 direct reports and optimize processes across contracts and sign-ups.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• Experience with NHS procurement process advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in commercial management and/or data analysis.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams or functions.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop tendering strategy in alignment with business units.
• Recruit, coach and develop a small tender team; oversee 2 direct reports.
• Redesign tender processes to support contracting across Surgery and EP units.
• Identify tenders and create SOPs for end-to-end tender management.
• Support pricing, commercial modelling and data-driven proposals.
• Ensure compliance and governance across framework sign-ups.
