The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Performance Bonus + Equity + Benefits

We are hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team as we scale rapidly.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimising the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying under-performing models, and collaborating with product teams.
• Facilitating deployment of new biometric systems/models, evaluating performance, and tracking progress.
• Designing and utilizing analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborating with Data Team, and working to eliminate bias.
• Investigating customer concerns, managing tickets, and analyzing performance issues.
• Working with Product and Engineering teams to assess risks associated with front-end changes.

Requirements:

• Experience with BigQuery for handling large datasets and query optimization.
• Understanding complex systems and component interactions.
• Analytical, organized, and excellent communication skills.
