An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our friendly team as a Senior Biomedical Scientist in the Microbiology department at Worcester Royal Hospital. This post is for the position of Quality Manager.
The post holder will manage a section of the laboratory on a rotational basis with other senior staff and will be responsible for implementing, controlling, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). They will also help develop the microbiology department to ensure continual service improvement and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role involves 37.5 hours per week, with weekend and bank holiday work, and potential shift and on-call duties.
