Qualifications

• Assisting in healthcare science activities under supervision.
• Pre-analytical processing of samples including receipt and preparation.
• Store, retrieve and dispose of biological material according to procedures.
• Respond to queries from Medical/Nursing staff and other users as needed.
• Maintain high scientific and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform healthcare science tasks under indirect supervision.
• Handle pre-analytical steps including sample receipt and preparation.
• Input and manage clinical records related to activities performed.
• Promote ongoing education and training within the team.
• Adhere to Trust and departmental policies and governance.
