AMP Clean Energy Group is seeking a Field-based Biomass Vacuum Vehicle Operator in the West Midlands to support our Service and Heat Supply team across England and Wales. You will drive a vehicle-mounted vacuum system, assist in de-ashing biomass boilers, and ensure safe, compliant waste handling on site.

You will travel frequently, maintain equipment, log detailed reports and photos, and work under Health, Safety and environmental guidelines, with training and progression opportunities provided.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent health and safety awareness.
• Good geographical knowledge for travel.
• Experience working in heavily regulated environments.
• Experience working in confined spaces.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a vehicle-mounted vacuum system across England and Wales.
• Assist boiler servicing and de-ashing biomass boilers.
• Maintain equipment and report faults.
• Ensure waste is transferred legally and recorded (photos, logs).
• Adhere to HSEQ requirements and PPE protocols.
• Complete risk assessments and method statements as required.
• Support customers and teams, adapting to change as needed.
