Job summary

Academics is seeking a qualified Biology Teacher to join a good-rated secondary school in Walsall. The role covers Biology, Chemistry and Physics within KS3/KS4, delivering engaging science lessons and maintaining high safeguarding standards.

You will assess and report on student progress, differentiate instruction, and create a positive learning environment while working with parents and colleagues to support pupil welfare.

Qualifications

• Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics as part of the secondary Science curriculum.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assessing, monitoring and reporting on student progress.
• Preparing students for GCSE Combined Science and Separate Science exams where applicable.
