Job summary

Galderma Limited (UK) is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our Biologics portfolio across the Midlands. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and payors to drive adoption and achieve sales targets.

You will develop and execute territory plans, collaborate with Medical, Marketing and Market Access teams, and manage key accounts with a strategic, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience within biologics.
• Experience selling low-volume, high-cost treatments.
• Strong territory and key account management skills.
• Excellent understanding of the UK healthcare landscape.
• ABPI qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the territory, developing and executing territory and account plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Deliver strong sales performance, identifying and maximising opportunities across key accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, payors and other stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate and differentiate the product value, adapting to customer needs.
• Develop understanding of patient pathways and local healthcare ecosystems to inform territory strategy.
• Utilise CRM data and field insights to prioritise accounts and deploy resources.
