Job summary

Galderma in the UK is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own the Biologics territory across the Midlands and surrounding areas. This field-based role collaborates with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of our biologics portfolio.

You will build relationships, develop account plans, and work with Medical, Marketing and Market Access to deliver strong sales. ABPI qualified candidates with dermatology or immunology experience are encouraged to apply; travel across the territory is

Qualifications

Proven pharmaceutical sales experience within biologics.
Experience selling low-volume, high-cost treatments within a specialist pharmaceutical environment.
Strong territory and key account management skills.
Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape and stakeholders.
ABPI approved qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the territory, developing and executing territory/account plans.
Deliver strong sales performance and maximise opportunities across accounts.
Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, payors and stakeholders.
Communicate and differentiate the product value proposition to customers.
Develop an understanding of patient pathways and local healthcare ecosystems.
Collaborate with Medical, Marketing and Market Access to implement local plans.
Travel across the territory to engage customers face-to-face.
