This role is office-based, 5 days a week, in Bishopsgate.

Your new role:

As part of the Technical Operations Team, your role is to manage and complete risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring accurate and timely data recording.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring data entry accuracy for binding/slip processing by in-house and outsourced teams
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Improving binding operational processes and efficiencies
• Participating in monthly UMCC meetings to understand underwriting rationale
• Managing endorsement processing data accuracy

Outsourced Management:

• Maintaining and reviewing SOPs quarterly
• Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met by outsourcing providers

Earnings:

• Collaborating with Actuarial team to update earning patterns monthly

Data Quality:

• Owning and maintaining binding and endorsement data accuracy in Prequel
• Training teams across lines of business
• Meeting data quality targets and correcting errors promptly
• Working with Data Quality team for continuous improvement

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Understanding month-end procedures and deadlines
• Managing workload and supporting audits
• Producing management and board reports
• Maintaining binding documentation and participating in projects

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• At least 10 years in the Insurance industry
• Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers
• Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Standard, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize, work independently and in teams, and meet deadlines
