Your new role:

As an essential part of the Technical Operations Team, the role involves managing and completing risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring accurate and timely data recording.

Responsibilities include:

• Binding/Slip Processing: Managing data entry and accuracy within the underwriting system for inwards business, liaising with stakeholders, and improving processes.
• Outsourced Management: Ensuring SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs are maintained and met.
• Earnings: Liaising with the Actuarial team to update earning patterns monthly.
• Data Quality: Maintaining data accuracy, training teams, and collaborating with Data Quality teams to improve standards.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeing team deadlines, supporting audits, and producing management reports.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in the Insurance industry.
• Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers.
• Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Adobe Standard; advanced Outlook and Excel skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret reports, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in teams.
