As part of our continued expansion, Lockton Re is investing in the growth of its newly formed Portfolio Solutions team. This team plays a key role in supporting the delivery and servicing of binder‑led solutions, and we are seeking a Binder Technician to join our Client Services division.

Role Responsibilities

1. Reviewing both new and existing binders
2. FDO (For Declaration Only) presentation
3. Premium & Claims bordereaux processing to bureau and non bureau
4. Binding Authority Claims handling
5. Proactively resolve coverage and accounting‑related queries, ensuring there are no delays in current or future transactions
6. Maintain timely accounting to client and underwriters
7. Experience covering various lines of business
8. Converse with client and underwriters on a technical level
9. Candidates need to be able to work independently, managing priorities and supporting team colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
10. Excellent technical knowledge of the Lloyd’s and or Company Reinsurance market
11. Demonstrates a solid understanding of query handling with Velonetic, including investigation and resolution
12. Actively builds relationships with team, internal and external clients
13. Identify client’s individual requirements and work alongside them to achieve the best possible outcomes
14. Participate in client and reinsurer meetings as required
