Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Cornwall is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a multidisciplinary consultancy. You will produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawings, working with architects, engineers and surveyors across varied projects.

Strong Revit proficiency is essential to support delivery across RIBA stages. While the base is Cornwall, candidates based in Bristol will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit
• Work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
• Prepare accurate technical and construction information
• Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical queries
• Maintain BIM standards throughout project delivery
• Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
