Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior/Principal Revit Coordinator in the South West, with hybrid working from Exeter or Plymouth. You will deliver coordinated Revit models, lead multidisciplinary coordination, and help develop BIM standards across a busy building services consultancy.

The role requires strong Revit and BIM skills, plus a track record mentoring others and delivering high-quality digital engineering solutions in complex projects. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit proficiency and hands-on experience coordinating multidisciplinary models.
• Experience delivering building services information and BIM standards.
• Ability to mentor junior Revit/BIM professionals and lead teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organisational skills for cross-discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage coordinated Revit models for diverse projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary information and support engineers during design.
• Develop and implement BIM standards across the business.
• Guide and mentor junior Revit Coordinators within the team.
• Lead Revit coordination and digital engineering delivery across projects.
