Job summary

RGB Recruitment is working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Cornwall and Bristol to hire an Architectural BIM Technologist. The role centers on producing and coordinating BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit across varying project types and RIBA stages.

You will collaborate with Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, maintain BIM standards, resolve technical queries, and support delivery from concept to handover.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Architectural BIM Technologist, Cornwall, £35k - £45k DOE

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician / Architectural Technologist to join a well established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Cornwall and Bristol.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit someone with strong Revit experience to support the delivery of a wide variety of technically challenging projects. Whilst the preference is for someone to be based in Cornwall, applications from Bristol will also be considered.

Working alongside Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, you'll be involved in the production and coordination of BIM models and technical drawing packages across a diverse portfolio of work, giving you excellent exposure to a range of sectors and projects.
