Role Overview

As a BIM Technician, you will support our design and engineering teams in developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and proper documentation aligned with project standards and client needs. Proficiency in Revit and BIM tools, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage Revit MEP models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems.
2. Collaborate with engineers and BIM Coordinators to meet project standards and BIM Execution Plans.
3. Assist in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
4. Create MEP drawings, layouts, and schedules.
5. Maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Support updates during revisions and client feedback.
7. Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
8. Develop and maintain MEP content libraries and standards.
9. Follow QA/QC processes for quality delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Understanding of MEP BIM standards and workflows.
• Experience managing MEP families, schedules, and parameters.
