We have a brand-new opportunity for a BIM Technician to join our MEP division based in our Leeds office, as part of our successful national MEP team.

It's an exciting time to join our MEP team! We have a proven track record working within the North of England, with offices in Leeds, Manchester, and more recently Scotland. Working collaboratively with our North division, you will be joining a fun, highly engaged team who love what they do. Our team has a wealth of experience and offers support, development opportunities, and expert advice.

Your role will include:

1. Production of 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, clash detection, and model coordination.
2. Engaging with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the development of the group.
3. Supporting the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and national team, and educating new starters and graduates in the use of Revit.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Passion for digital engineering, BIM, and innovation.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and routing/coordinating services.
• Ideally, a BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or a related discipline; however, candidates with significant Revit technical drawing experience without this qualification will also be considered.
