Job summary

TAIT seeks a Head of BIM to lead and evolve TAIT's Building Information Modeling capability across design, delivery, and asset management. You will shape strategy, governance, and standards, and drive adoption across design, engineering, and production teams.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, implement training, and work with partners to ensure data quality, interoperability, and lifecycle information management for complex live events and experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior BIM experience leading teams and programmes.
• Experience developing and implementing BIM governance and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of UK BIM standards, especially BS EN ISO 19650.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement TAIT's enterprise BIM strategy and governance.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries across locations.
• Lead BIM teams, oversee recruitment, performance, and development.
• Coordinate BIM execution, clash management, and information exchange.
