Job summary

TP Bennett is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the BIM Management team within Design Technology. The role focuses on supporting BIM processes, standards, and technology to enable efficient, compliant project delivery across Architectural and Interior disciplines.

You will guide BIM Coordinators, develop guidance, and run education sessions while exploring new BIM tools and AI-enabled workflows to enhance the firm's digital design capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Architectural/Interior Design environment with BIM.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and ISO 19650.
• Ability to develop and implement BIM enabling tools and templates.
• Experience leading and mentoring BIM Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BIM Coordinators and staff in BIM-enabled projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM guidance notes and standard procedures.
• Host workshops and educational sessions to upskill staff.
• Explore and implement new BIM tools and automation.
• Collaborate with Head of BIM and Director of Technology to align strategy.
