Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join our BIM team on high-profile construction projects across leisure, commercial, residential, heritage, education and public sectors. You will create and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from concept through handover.

Responsibilities include developing MEP BIM models, coordinating with external models, producing construction documents, and mentoring junior colleagues

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on MEP Revit experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models of MEP systems across project stages.
• Coordinate MEP design with external models and 2D drawings; perform clash detection.
• Produce construction documentation including floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Collaborate with structural, architectural and services engineers for seamless delivery.
• Maintain BIM standards and stay current with Revit developments.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
