Job summary

Reds10 is seeking an Architectural Technician to join our design team in shaping efficient, buildable, and high-quality designs. You will develop Revit families, templates, and standard details, supporting project teams with technical information and ensuring documentation is compliant.

Work with architects, engineers, and factory teams to resolve challenges, drive design process improvements, and advance our BIM workflows using BIM360 and AEC tools. BPSS/DBS clearance will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Revit and BIM workflows.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain design standards and technical documentation.
• Produce and ensure compliance of Reds10 standard details.
• Manage Revit families, templates, and design libraries.
• Support project teams with timely and accurate technical information.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site/factory teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and workflows.
• Coordinate across disciplines using BIM360 and Autodesk AEC tools (Revit-based).
• Manage documentation and workflows through the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Carry out and document factory testing and samples.
• Explore new tools and methods to improve efficiency and drawing production.
