Job summary

RED Engineering Design in the UK seeks an experienced BIM Manager based in London, Bicester or Newcastle to lead Revit/BIM modelling across sectors, mentor staff, and drive BIM standards and templates. You will audit 2D/3D outputs, create intelligent families, coordinate with consultants, and present at client interviews to showcase RED’s BIM capabilities.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks skills, and a proactive approach to sustainability and data

Qualifications

• BIM/Revit project delivery experience across multiple sectors.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and templates.
• Experience in leading BIM coordination and model management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Revit/BIM models across sectors.
• Develop and enforce company BIM standards and templates.
• Coordinate with project teams and external partners on BIM workflows.
• Produce high-quality rendered imagery and animations from BIM models.
• Present RED BIM capabilities in client interviews and bids.
