Mercury GmbH is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery across complex projects. You will drive digital construction strategies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure BEP alignment with EIR/AIR requirements.

The role focuses on BIM governance, model coordination, and data handover, with an emphasis on Offsite Manufacturing, DfMA, and automated workflows. Candidates should bring strong leadership and a track record on major data centre or life sciences projects.

Formación

• Degree in BIM, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Significant experience managing BIM delivery on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and information management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM leadership and digital strategy across the project lifecycle.
• Define and manage BIM objectives in line with BEP, EIR, and AIR requirements.
• Oversee BIM governance, information management, and CDE processes.
• Coordinate development of 3D models, GA drawings, and MEP layouts.
• Manage BIM clash detection, coordination meetings, and model reviews.
• Support OSM, DfMA, and digital fabrication initiatives.
• Provide site support for BIM implementation and field coordination.
• Deliver COBie data and digital handover requirements.
