Job summary

Mercury is seeking a BIM Manager in Oxford to lead BIM and Digital Construction activities across complex projects. You will be the primary point of accountability for BIM implementation, model-based delivery, and information management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee BIM teams, BEP development, and compliance with Mercury standards, EIR/AIR, and ISO 19650, while driving innovation in OSM, AI-enabled workflows, and digital fabrication across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a BIM Manager or Senior BIM role.
• Proven experience in BIM delivery and Digital Construction.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Planning.
• Experience with information management, CDE, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital construction strategies across designated projects.
• Manage BIM teams, resources, and training across multidisciplinary groups.
• Develop and maintain BEP and ensure compliance with standards and MIDP/AIR/BEPs.
