Job summary

VVB Engineering in London is seeking a CAD & BIM Technician to produce and coordinate CAD drawings and BIM models across projects, supporting project teams and managers.

You will implement BIM standards, maintain BEP, run clash detection, develop 2D/3D models in AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit, and ensure consistent project outputs.

Collaborate with internal and external consultants to deliver integrated design information and maintain the Common Data Environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with BIM standard BS EN ISO-19650 and UK 1192.
• HNC or HND in Engineering/Design.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery and coordination of projects from technical design through to construction using Autodesk and Bentley software.
• Provide accurate drafting services to time, quality, and cost targets with the ability to multi-task.
• Develop and manage 2D and 3D models and documentation, ensuring full coordination and clash-free models.
