Job summary

BGEN Ltd is looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our design and installation team in the UK. You will produce high-quality, coordinated MEP designs using Revit and AutoCAD, coordinating essential services across BIM models.

You will collaborate with architects, structural engineers and clients to resolve design issues and deliver installation-ready information for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum ONC relevant sector qualifications.
• Experienced in production of design and co-ordination of turnkey projects including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets is preferred particulary in the construction of laboratories and cleanrooms.
• Conversant with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality coordinated MEP designs and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate building services including domestic water, drainage, heating, cooling, HVAC and containment systems within BIM processes.
• Work with architects, structural engineers, project teams and clients to resolve design issues and deliver installation-ready information.
