Job summary

Amey is recruiting a BIM Manager to lead the digital engineering team across rail, highways and civil infrastructure projects. You will drive BIM strategy, manage CDE workflows, and contribute to AI and digital solutions within a multidisciplinary practice.

In this role you will oversee project deliverables, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure quality and programme targets are met. A Level 4 qualification or EngTech status is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BIM teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Ability to manage CDE and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital BIM teams and coordinate with operational managers.
• Ensure quality, cost and programme criteria of deliverables.
• Manage budgets and project costs within your portfolio.
• Liaise with client and supplier representatives and attend progress meetings.
• Mentor staff and oversee junior team members.
